Yard

• (1) A unit of measurement equaling three feet .

• (2) The open, unoccupied space on the plot between the property line and the front, rear or side wall of a building.

Year-to-Year tenancy

• A periodic tenancy in which the rent is reserved from year to year.

Yield

• The return of an investment or the amount of profit, stated as a percentage of the amount invested.
